How do I access my own portal?

Anytime you need to access your portal click on the login button via the website and enter your email address. A new code will be generated and sent to your email to allow access for your session. 

Do I need to book a consultation if I'm a reoccurring client?

No, you can register via the business page, and you will receive an email within 24-48 hours granting you access to your client portal.

When will I get my refund and how do I track it?

After the IRS accepts your return, it typically takes about 21 days to get your refund.
